Please someone anyone have a solution. I’ve changed fuel pump, fuel filter, and spider injector all within three days. So now here’s the kicker it still doesn’t run. Put some gas down the throttle body and she starts up keep up the starter fluid and it keeps running stop and it dies out again. I need help badly. Yes I’ve done the basics of checking pressures and air filters cleaning the intake manifold. It died out on me previously to changing the fuel filter and sided injectors. Fuel pump is maybe 4 months old at most. Please help me not hate these trucks anymore.

Do you mean it "doesn't run" or "doesn't start"?
  • Fuel
  • Air
  • Spark
Sounds like you have some fuel work still to do. Can you hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key on (but do not start)?

Does the truck have any sort of "rollover fuel shutoff" switch? If so, did you confirm not set & properly working?

So it doesn’t start. Basically it will crank and crank if I push the gas pedal enough times it might turn over rev for a split second and die out. But it doesn’t hold idle at all and just turn key only cranks.

You mentioned checking fuel pressure. How much do you have? You'll either have insufficient pressure or no injector pulse.
So previous pressure was 58psi which I figured no big deal 2 psi under. I hate to ask stupid questions but what is an injector pulse. Brand new spider injector still doesn’t seem to want to turn over. Just continuous cranking.

The pulse is what turns the injectors on and off. You'll have to check it with a test light or noid light. Without pulse you can change the injectors a thousand times and non of them will work.
