So truck is kinda going a different direction. Came across an insane deal that I couldn't pass up. My dad had a riding lawn mower I picked up and got running right, some guy local to me had that crewcab dime and was wanting a zero turn mower for it. Grant hit him up about the riding mower and a deal was struck. So my truck is getting longer by 32". LS1 motor on hold. Going to just run the 4.3 that's in the crewcab. Wont do the cab swap for a few months tho.
BravadaX, this is just a I still got this, still working on it. (he annoyed me in this thread}. Not getting rid of it, progress slows when you got a kid. Bed notch done, still need to notch for tierod ends. Fixed envoy bumper, need to run wires for fog lights. Got a js alternator 250 alt comming.
Been working on the truck. Upgrading the 4 8s to 2 15s. Rhino lined bed. Stuff went on pretty good. Finally started adding front fender wells. Got pass side in. Getting drivers side in this coming week/weekend. Plan to rhino line wells. The muffler also fell off last week, pipe broke.
Box glued together, weighs about 450-500lbs. Will use a engine lift to load. Still need to fill screw holes, sand, and paint. Will be on a audiodynamic 3k rms Korean made amp. So should push out a few extra rms. Their amp dynos show 3300rms at 50hrz.
So any one looking to do door hing pins LMC truck has sone nice ones. I just did mine. Been a few weeks and still no movement. Got some lower control arm bushings coming. Mine are squeaking. System is playing nicely, causing screws to loosen. Built my own 64ah lithium lifepo4 battery out of headway cells. Cost was about $300 total. I had everything but the cells. Got a new down pipe, the one i modified was trashed. So it has an exhaust leak. Need to modify this one, then put on. And a personal note my daughters playhouse will be here next Wednesday. One of the Dr's i work with was giving it away.
