I recently installed a different automatic transmission on my 2002 s10. It then wouldn't clime the hills with the new transmission, it would not exceed 2000 rpm. We put on new fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap, rotor and even a new mass air control sensor. Now it won't start, it sounds like its missing. Now what? 😭

What year was the transmission? There are a lot of differences between years. How can you tell if it's missing if it won't start?

It's not uncommon when swapping transmissions to pinch the wiring harness against the pinch weld on the firewall and cut some wires. As far as the transmissions goes, the year is very critical. There are a lot of 4l60E's and they are not all interchangeable. 93-94, 1995 only, 96-97, 98-04 S-series only.
What year and engine is your truck and is it 4wd or 2wd? Then you need to check the number stamped into the case to see if it's compatible. See this link for how to do that.
