Progress so far. Didn’t have to trim too much off the exhaust kit to make it work. I forgot how many times it takes to dry fit and twist everything to get it to line up nicely. Should have the driver side tightened up by this evening.
X-pipe will have to wait. Got both sides tightened up and aligned as good as they are going to get for now. I’ll weld on the exhaust tips later, since they are going to take different hangers. Now I don’t have an excuse for putting off firing it up anymore. Guess that’s next on the agenda.
Didn’t realize Mopar used NPT to -5an lines for their transmission cooler fitting. Should have pulled the two off the original radiator before I chucked it. The lines fit perfectly, just have to bend the front slightly to meet up to the larger B-body (Charger/Satellite) radiator.
