Bought it bone stock and put a calmini kit in it. front end wore out and started to do a SAS and then before I knew it I gutted the whole truck.

SM456 tranny mated to an NP241 t-case with an advanced adapters Ranger II gear splitter between the bellhousing and tranny. Heavy duty custom drive shafts, aussie locker in the front diff, LSD rear.
Removed carpet replaced with roll on bed-liner. Additional instrument cluster and winch control panel. On-board air and 1000watt inverter
