    Pretty sure the 5664 is a stock style spring and it will put your truck at factory height, which is roughly a 2" difference front to rear. As I already said, you will need lift springs in front... or lower your rear with blocks or springs.

    94 and 95 should be interchangeable, 96 and 97 look similar but have a cam sensor. 94-95 PCM can control a 96-97 as well, you just won't have SFI.

    The trucks were not level from the factory. This is done on purpose to increase the load capacity. Putting lift springs on would be your only option to get it level. That's why you always see people doing 4/6 5/7" drops.

    I don't know why you'd want to tear down a brand new crate engine... but you'll want ARP head studs and Cometic head gasket at the very least. You can go as far as you want though, chevycavalierworld can still get parts afaik. They should have different stage turbo kits as well through DTS2...

    That looks like a pretty clean truck but still about 6-7k too much. There's a lot of trucks you can get for 11k that can do more than an S10.

    Yea, I would tend to think that a manual with 4.10s is going to be harder to get rid of wheel hop, but with the speeds of autocross, I would put 4.10s behind anything just for that boost in acceleration.

    I would definitely upgrade the brakes at the very least, and make sure if you keep the suspension stock, that everything is fresh. Adding more power without addressing the entire vehicle is usually asking for trouble, especially if you plan on "hooning" it.

    I would definitely keep looking. In my experience, 3D printed stuff would not hold up to being mounted to the exterior of a vehicle, especially what is basically the underside of it.

    I doubt it has a stage 2 clutch... and if it does, it should have a lightweight flywheel too. Transmission is most likely an NV1500, a T5 takes some modification that I don't think most people would feel worth doing. If it's not loaded, it shouldn't have trouble up hills, gotta keep those revs...

    The only problem I've had so far: The cam gear that came in the timing set for my 95 Grand Am 3.1L is rubbing the bolts for the thrust plate... haven't had time to really look into it yet. I bought the set a long time ago so there's probably no return possible but it was cheap.

    4 cylinder 2wd will be the easiest to find with a stick shift. I'd stick with trucks built in this millenium. The VIN 5 (8th digit) engine trucks are pretty robust.
