1993 s10 ext

Has anybody ever ran into water dripping into the cab. On the driver sidebehind the front seat where the ext cab where the half seats were. Everytime it rains water just drips in where the seam is. Under where the window seal is. Any advise would be appreciated.wish I could unload the video on here using my phone.

Load it to youtube, and then you can use the share link for a video.

I don't quite understand where you are saying the water is coming in, window seal maybe?

Do you have to put sealant on it?

Re: 1993 s10 ext

my truck was doing this and i got some 3M 08374 seam sealer from NAPA. i used my dremel and a cut off wheel to dig out the old stuff, blew out the seams, a bit of brake parts cleaner to clean it up.

cut the tip kinda small so you dont have alot of extra. after it cures skeet some paint.

i used it a few places on my truck where the old sealer cracked and gave up, had to do the whole back panel to roof panel on my truck and the side panel to roof on the dr side, all dry now.
