My non-ZR2 also came with Bilsteins from the factory. The sticker on the door should also say the tire size is a 31" tire as mentioned above.
I though that ZR2's got a 3" suspension lift, not a 2" body lift. They front and rear track widths are also 4" wider than a non-ZR2. Fender flares could be added after the fact.
The only way for you to tell if you can't tell the frames apart (I'm assuming you don't know the differences) is to check the RPO codes for the ZR2 code, or to check the door tire tag for what size tires the truck came with.
Most 4x4 trucks came with a 235/70R15, and I believe 235/75R15 was also an option. The ZR2's came with a 31" tire that would probably be designated "31x9.5-15" or something along those lines.
