GMC Sonoma Front End Squeak

Hello, new here to this forum but I have a 2003 GMC Sonoma ZR2 that I recently leveled with torsion keys. Just put a new wheel bearing in passenger side and ball joints on both sides and did the ball joint flip. A couple days after that I noticed a squeak when I turn the steering wheel to the left, will now get the same squeak going to the right. This happens whether there is weight on the front end or not (still does it with tires in the air). Just greased everything I could reach on the front end and still doing it any idea.

If you lightly touch your fingertips to each suspension component while someone moves the steering wheel you will eventually find the culprit and actually feel the squeak as a light vibration. Then you can lube or re-adjust the offending component.
