Where can I find these same ones? Junkyard? Online? Can't find them on eBay.

Agree. Those aren't anything GM made.
They look like cast potmetal. Gm wouldn't risk the product liability chances on something that prone to failure.

If you are talking about tie downs for the bed, I add aircraft cargo tie downs to my trucks for additional tie downs in convienient spots in the bed. They work great because the ring is removable so it's not in the way when not in use. I know they don't look very sturdy, but they are quite strong and light, when mounted properly, the FAA does not allow junk. When I was working I could get them for free too!

A whole boatload of money. We used them on our aircraft, albeit a larger size. The regular container flip-up locks were about $1500 each.
