One bag, slow fill, checked many things.

I installed my bags about a month ago and for the past week my passenger side bag will not fill up at all unless the tank is at 150 psi, and when it does fill up, it takes 2 turn-ons from my Oasis. The driver side comes up fast and so does the back. The only reason I have not taken apart the valve is that I have a hard time believing its dirty already....especially when its not exposed to the outside.

1) SMC Valves from SD. and 2500's in the front.
2) Line is not kinked
3) switch is good.
4) Maybe the check valve is not opening like it should?

I searched the forum and noticed a lot of threads discussing "sticking valves" ....well the valve is not sticking....it works fine.

Anything else?

TIA.

The only thing I can think of is that it is the valve. Even if its brand new, it could of came bad from the factory. Things like that happen. It's a rarity, but it happens.

Good luck

have you tried another valve on that bag? i was thinking kink in the line, possibly in the upper arm inside the cup.

No I have not.....I will do that.....that will actually be difficult considering the hose lengths...but I guess I have no choice.

Might be a sticky valve. I just got my front done about 1 week ago and i had to leave it at the shop becuz after the first 4 days of riding the valve stuck, pulled the bizitch apart and it did the trick!
