Stupid question but please help

I just bought a 1989 S10 blazer 4x4 with a 4.3 and the guy I bought it from somehow broke the dipstick. I have looked for a good hour plus to find a DIRECT fit as I want to know it's reading the right oil amount and such...BUT no were iv looked from AutoZone ,summit racing, nappa litterly everywhere I can think of looking and ALL I find is "universal" ones .when I enter my exact vehicle it says "sorry no match with your exact vehicle" I have NO exsperiance with the 4.3 I have owned 2 k10s a c10 and a c30 all but the c30 has 350's so again I have no experience with this motor...can anyone PLEASE tell my dumb ass what dipstick and tube will fit this engine maybe a part number? I'm litterly dumb founded that when I enter my vehicle info on ANY of the auto sites it says no parts found even if go to a "universal" one and then enter my make and model...it says does not fit. I know I COULD make it work but I want to make sure it is reading the right levels. Thank y'all much either way

I am sorry about the multi post the first one was a mistake didn't realise it had posted in some random(to me) thread. The other two I take full credit for and did know I was over posting sorry about that. Honestly I just don't get how I can't find a "correct" fitting dipstick and tube on ANY of the auto stores and just hoping SOMEONE can say this "universal" one fits or somthing along those lines I know I could go to a junk yard but I could go buy a new tune and stick for ANY one of my other Chevy's why not this one..there's gotta be one or somthing I'm missing just hoping someone can point me the right way...

You could always go fancy snd use a stick from Lokar. Just a guess, but I think any stick and tube would work as long as they came from the same engine.

Do an oil change and fill to factory level, then check the dipstick, if its off, make a notch.

Look on the end of what's left of your current dip stick and you will see a 7 or 8 digit part #.

Go to ebay and look for one there. Some sellers even offer both tube and dipstick.

Just go to the junkyard? The 4.3L is a pretty common engine, I'm sure you'll find one and it'll be 5 bucks or less.
