Combination valve

Alright so my brake combination valve is leaking. No parts store carries it, and I do see some on ebay but I'm not sure which one to get, most I them say 4 wheel disc brake, I need the stock part. Any help?

I had to buy those from the junkyard. I went through 3 of them. I bet it's leaking out of a little countersunk hole in the side? This one has held up though since 2003. I had three fail in 6 years. I don't have a clue as to why this one has held up versus the other ones other than I think there was a problem with the rear brakes and I swapped out the rear end which had new wheel cylinders etc. This might have something to do with yours if it failed in the same way.

You might get a better response in a more appropriate forum, such as one dedicated to brakes, or to the year/body style of your truck.
