Chip compatible?

I bought a Mr Gasket chip of ebay for a 87 2.8 engine. I was wondering if it could work on a 88 model. Anybody have any idea?

Re: Chip compatible?

Instead of Modding the 2.8 Just Save Your Money & Buy a Stock 5.3 or 6.0 LSx , Vortec 5.7 or LT1!!! Way better investment!!! Plus Youll fall in Love with Your S10 all over again 5.3 = 315hp =
