Question 84 2.8l v6 coolant drain

I'm in the process of rebuilding the top end of my son's 84 S10 Tahoe. I know that there should be a coolant drain in the block, I just can't seem to find where it's located. Could someone please post a pic or diagram of exactly where the drain is located? I really need to get the old coolant out of the block before I start putting this back together. Thank you.

If you look at the side of the block - behind the sensors, there is a 13mm plug. When you remove it, it drains the coolant out of one side of the engine. There is another plug on the other side in the same proximity as this one. That drains the other side of the engine.
One point: once the plug is removed, there is usually a good build up of rust that will prevent the coolant from exiting. You will have to use a short screwdriver or similar to unblock the passage.

Is it the same for a carbureted motor? Mine doesn't have a knock sensor.

Here are some views of the opposite side. The plug is the one with the wrench attached towards the end of the oil filter.
