Description 1998 Sonoma SLS Extended Cab
2.2L with 5-speed, 2WD, ZQ8 suspension package, bucket seats with center console, A/C, power windows, mirrors and locks, cruise, ABS, 3rd door, sliding rear window, pop out side windows.

Purchased at 145k miles.

Came Accessorized: Draw-tite class 3 receiver hitch, spray-in liner, 20% tint, dash carpet, billet grill, K&N cold air pipe with cone filter, euro tails, alarm, fog lights, light up washer nozzles, custom exhaust with dual tips on each side, and magnaflow muffler, LeBra tonneau cover, ice blue headlight bulbs, and worn out carbon fiber shift knob.

Also came broken: crazy gas gauge, no spare tire, snapped spare tire cable, stuck passenger power window, check engine light, busted outside mirrors (one dumbo ear held on by a giant zip tie), power mirrors not working, no cruise, no windshield washer, cracked windshield, busted fog lights, wandered on the highway, parking brake not working, no under hood light, filthy smoked in interior, 3rd brake light not working, dim headlights, horrible ride, broken 3rd door handle, and an unfastened rear u-joint.

But even with all those minor-feature problems, it still ran good. Tight suspension, smooth motor, clean shifting transmission, etc. Like they say, GMs run bad for longer than most cars run at all. In the case of this truck, it's run neglected for longer than most cars run at all. Even if it comes up needing a clutch or a motor someday, it'll be a good deal on a vehicle, with a brand new clutch or motor.

Project: Get it all fixed.
