The SS was introduced in 1994. About 2756 (rough est.) SS's were made a year.
They were each equipped with the 4.3L V6 producing 180 hp and on up to 195 hp Stock!
That's more horses than anything in its class. It thrashed the Ford Ranger Splash,
and that was pretty much its only competition. The SS was introduced with only
three colors: Onyx Black, Summit White, and Apple Red. . In 94 and 95, the SS came with 15" cast aluminum wheels, and chrome center caps and red bowties. SS badging and fog lamps were standard equipment as well. The rear-end was a 3.42 limited slip gear. This gave the SS an awsome advantage at stop lights. In 1996 the SS took on a new look. The ZQ8 suspension was upgraded to 16x8" wheels borrowed from the early 90's model RS and Z28 camaros. The over all suspension was also dropped 2" giving it a lower stance and more aggressive feel for the road. YEARNUMBER PRODUCED19945,67019951,61919961,24019971,4591998UNAVAILABLEThese numbers were given directly to Ronny (97 SS owner) from Chevrolet.
You can contact CHEVROLET'S main office at 1-800-222-1020 for any information.

This is the Only Wheels that were offered in 94 and 95. This is a 95 SS, as was said before, there weren't many distinguishing characteristics about the SS as you can see.

This is the badge that is located on every door and tailgate of every SS. No other (stock) S-10s have these.

Do you want a front end off a 94-97? or the 98? Because, for a 98' you can just paint your grille on your S-10 now the same color as your body paint, and its the same thing. The 98's didn't come with fog lights so it should have the same front airdam. Also, you'll need to get the Black bowtie with the red outline.

Yea also the foglights were part of the actual parking light assembly..idk if your 98 already had those but i believe all 98+SS had the fogs in the parking lights...
