Well to be honest I pulled them out as one unit. But pulling them seperately would be easier. Just pull the bellhousing bolts(6 or 8), the torque convertor bolts (3), The starter, all wiring to and from engine,Pull the fan off, Remove radiator to make it easier and not damage the radiator, Fuel lines and if your running a auto trans the trans cooler lines. Hook up the engine hoist to front and back of the motor (there should be brackets that are on the head) And undo the motor mounts and pull it out.
