On the too rich, OHM out the CTS in the water neck, compare temp/ohms to the chart in my signature. Also check for a very conical pattern from the injector when spraying with a timing light to "freeze frame" the fuel shape. Rotten/ cracked/ twisted injector orings can cause same issue. Those being ok, check the exhaust manifold for cracks around the #1/#4 welds to the center section under the heat riser tin. Good luck.
