I've only been to a show with local once, never to the hotrod show. My buddy knows neil who had a hrydo'd nissan hardbody and he invited us to roll with local to forbidden in jan or feb, whenever it was.

Robert, what about using the welder and putting the cat in? I could lend a hand, I weld in my own exhaust stuff, pretty easy to do and it saves a couple bucks.

Right on. About the same. Day 20 of furlough. Interview at Home Depot locally next Wed. Still searching though. Got my back pay and then got cut. Thank God for the Gi Bill and a few other things.

By the time I'm ready to get out Your way it'll be cold and I should be working on my heater instead of my A/C or Tint.

Yeah well my last working day was June 20th, think if you were in my shoes. I'm not stressing a job yet but I'll have to get one by the end of next month probably. Yeah a heater is important in the winter but your defroster will work but it might not work as well with out your a/c, don't know if you knew that or not. Let me know.

I know man, I haven't Had Heat for atleast 7 years. I fried the heater core the second year I had it. Never fixed it because of the amount of work and the cost. The places I lived never got that cold. (Vegas, Here). You just throw on a nice warm Jacket and a beanie, Hit the defroster and try not to breathe real hard on the windshield. I bundle the little one up , but the truck puts out a good amount of heat through those vents on the floor once You get rolling.

What are You doing to get by?

Re: So Cal General Discussion

hey everybody im planning on a HUGE project s10 wise...which basically consists of suspension, cosmetics, interior, etc etc basically i want to strip it down and build it up with quality products...which will cost me 1000's of dollars, but its gunna take me a couple years.. i don't plan on driving it anymore soooo im willing to sell almost anything on the truck except for the body parts, i.e tailgate, light covers, doors, glass, wheels, roll pan, bumpers you get the point..other than that i'd sell the engine, parts, seats, etc..with that being said, anybody need anything?

woops i guess its not till the 28th. last year it turned out pretty good for its first time. my friend band caled burnout (http://www.myspace.com/burnoutsbeach) even played a show there. its gonna be in a much bigger place this year (k mart parking lot hahha) so it should be an even better turn out.

They're doing Great Thanks For asking!

Is That places any good? I might have to hit it up too! I'm always down for Some Lucile's ! I found another BBQ place out in Seal beach that I think We could roll to if we ever do another cruize.

And I totally know where You're coming from Work wise. I got furloughed again. I've been looking for work and everything requires certifications I don't have or had an opportunity to get but didn't when I was at different places in my life. So Now I'm just tryingto find something simple that'll help bring in some change while I go back to school and get some things happening for me.

What you got planned for the truck?
