Question North Dakota

Anyone from ND??? Looking for some places to wheel and just meet some fellow mini-truck guys or gals. I am a 4x4 person. I am on the eastern part of the state.

Yeah but I paid a pretty penny for it though I think. Of course my wife thinks that it was ok. ($2200 when I paid $75 fro my monte, $300 for my truck and I put $500 into my second car which is now scraped{guy gave me the title when I had to put that into it})

Just found out I will not make it on the 20th as My stepdad will not be down and I really didn't want to run it on the track without his expertise for tuning. Plus I dont have a helmet. I do plan on cleaning and tuning this weekend as long as it doesn't rain.

Re: North Dakota

Man I got so bored tonight I actually went our crusin. What a waste of gas as there was nothing but family cars out on the streets, and a few vette's. Wish there was more to do in this damn state or in fargo for that matter other then spending $5 on a beer @ the bar.

I'd like to do that but I dont cruise in my blaz as its just stock. But I do enjoy my Monte and thats why I have that for a summer car. Will have to see now when I can get some time to cruise again.

Hi, Its not any better in Grand Forks either. Too bad my s10 is 90 miles north of grand forks instead of in my garage. but one project at a time i guess

Man that getting close to Pembina. I like the GF area better. Seems nicer people and much more relaxed then Fargo. Granted I grew up in that area.

I grew up in Cavalier, then moved to GF for college and well kinda got stuck here

This is my dads old truck that i'm rebuilding in his honor. I just can't make up my mind if i wanna go old school or new school. I do have his dads last pickup he ever bought also which is a 63 Chevy C10. I've thought about using the headlights, grill, bumpers and dash. But i'm not very good at welding or wiring

Looks like you got a pretty clean truck to start with. There is so many things you can do to a s10. Good luck in the build.

Re: North Dakota

yeah i'm really lucky, from the last inspection i did to it, there is no heavy body rust. Only a few select areas with surface rust. The rockers are rust free. the 2.8 5speed only has 110k on it. but thats getting replaced once i can find brackets from a 4.3L for a serp belt system instead of a vbelt.
