I would have tried to make it but our SEMA booth is being shipped out tomorrow at 8am and we needed to finish it and get it packed into 13 big at crates. I did 54 hours last week on top of full time school. Ive been busy as hell...

We should try for bowling again at the mermaid like last winter. That was pretty fun...

Anyone have any experiance in Toyota's? i want to swap my 22r out for a 7mge or something similar. Or possibly find someone to rebuild my current one, RUNS GREAT but has 192,000 on it.. Any ideas? *Dont Say A 350!*

Believe me, its crossed my mind more then once.. i could build all the intercooler and turbo piping my self, along with down pipes and exhaust.. my buddy has a turbo he will not use. and i could buy a stock turbo exhaust manifold.. the problem lies in the engine management and tuning... any one know about it? I thought that the 22re were the same engin as the 22r but turbo'ed from factory. I know for a fact they made a stock turbo'ed truck like yours cause I almost bought one

I just want to freshen it up.. hone and rings and gaskets.. just make it run like new... but not be new :-) but what would it cost to port and polish? and maybe bigger valves?
*i guess if it needs a deck i would have to do that too*

your the expert what do you think? i don't want to spend a bunch of money on it because if it cost to much ill just put a 7mgte motor in it.. but i dont want to do a motor swap..?

well didnt think i'd do it, but i put the truck away for the winter. dont want to put the miles on it as i drive 100 miles a day for work now, plus the cab corner needs to be replaced and i dont want it to get worse. so hopfully by the time i take it out i'll have plenty of money to dig into it. so now i'll be drivin a 95 civic all winter, it just needs a cd player and rear speakers and i'll be set.
