So I have a question. Just got my roof rack shaved off and was wondering if it would be ok to just get some body filler and fill in the holes or if I should rather just get it then welded closed? What do yall think?

they need to be welded close

you might get it to where it would look good with filler now but over time it will start to crack.. so you need to weld the holes shut grind it down smooth then put the body filler over that and sand it smooth and then paint.

Nope, but I have a passenger side one still in the box incase he knocks the other one of next bonfire. lol

Seems to be a growing epidemic of drivers side SS mirrors getting knocked off, haha. I had mine knocked off like 6 months ago, bought a new set, so thats why i have an xtra pass. side..
