Hey Jeff, from personal experience, fortunately I can say that I am sure when all is said and done this will be history before too long, will be interesting to see what comes next.

This is how I got here


first I had this(these)



Then it turned into this



FTR, the circle is around my Yamaha RZ500(V-4 2 cycle), illegally imported from Canada, and notice the Rick Mears Special Edition Snap On box on the left.

Then I bought this with the intention of putting the motor from the vette in the Blazer I bought for transportation after I lost my car. It had a 305 in it...was a nice blazer



Then I sold the Blazer and ended up with this





Which has turned into this...so far

I just moved to Conyers, GA about 2 months ago from Maryland. (I'm about 25 min. east of Atlanta). I read a few of the posts on here, but didn't have time to go through the six pages...is there anywhere around here that everyone gets together? I'm willing to drive!!

Their is a car show the 1st sat of the month in the Ingles parking lot in Loganville as well. I suppose we might be getting together there again as well???

Loganville's not to far from Conyers either...but the BBQ at the lake should be a good time....speaking of time...do we have a time to meet yet...maybe I missed it in here.

Thanks for the welcome! I'm only about an hour away from the meet, so I'm really considering going to it. I'll have to check and see if I will be in town that weekend. I'll let you guys know as soon as I do!

hey Melissa welcome to the forum! I used to live in Conyers for 5 years then I moved to Atl. If you want to meet up sometime we can. No one really hangs out in Conyers (well they do but dont do anything) just sit in a parking lot.. anyway if you would like to meet up let me know.

Correct guys, there has not been a time set. I was thinkin a full day meet would be sweet, that would give ALL OF US to get to know everyone better, last time there was not enough time, I believe. So I'll throw out a time of 12pm. That would give everyone enough time to leave the house and arive without waking up pretty early. Does 12pm sould good to everyone else?

that would be cool if you can bring some fellow s10'ers if a few days before the meet they let you know they can come can you see about gettin some money from them, only to help pay for the food and activities since we'll be buying most of the food prior to the meet. If they cant pay by paypal they could always bring extra drinks, chips, ect. and what not since im sure we'll all be hungry and thirsty through out the day. That is cool your girl will be coming along with you, as with the friends who might come... her helping us out never hurts.

heh thx man i had fun doing the vids and the music. i think the only way you'll be able to see the dime is if, once were done with the suspension swap stuff we can ride out and see the truck, i think it would be fun.

Oh..okay...

He will okay without an alignment for a little bit....just adjust the tie-rods out to get the tire straight forward. (Spindles only affect toe-in/toe-out and in most cases they toe in about 1/4 of an inch).

And yea, the toe will be way out...just bounce the front end a few times and measure the front and rear of the tires and adjust as necessary,,,,the caster and camber should be ok.
