Re: Where the GA minis

Im in Georgia, coming out of gwinnett county. If anyone wants to meet up, cruise, or just talk s-series or whatnot, let me know. Im game. And if anyone needs an extra set of hands to work on their ride, let me know as well. I know around here everyone meets up @ the waffle house across from the mall of georgia. Usually on fridays, and sat's around 9-1 am

For the most part though, people do their own thing ¿

Definately though, we should all meet up and cruise

Re: Where the GA minis

If I knew for certain that I don't have to work this saturday, I'd definately be up for it.
I usually have weekends off, although the past two weekends I've had to work saturday.
Let me see if I can find out monday, tomarrow. I work in commercial heating & air, so it's the busy season for us. At any rate, I'll let you know something by wednsday. Any one else up for it?

Re: Where the GA minis

Holla mayne, I was up in L-town this past weekend. I think that I may be comin up again this weekend but I'm not really positive yet as I have an exam that may or may not kick my ass. I'll have to wait until Wed. to see what the study guide entails. ANYWAYS, I have still yet to see you around town layd. What part of Loganville are you in? My rent's house is off of Sharon Church Road (the road that's right next to Stephen's Lawnmower Repair Shop on 20/Main St.). If you've got a young child that's not past 1st grade or so, then you'll probably end up going to our place. It's Carousel Quarters Animal Farm (www.carouselquarters.com).

But yeah, let's get this set up. I know I can probably get Nate (pointless on this forum) to come out.

Re: Where the GA minis

They are holding it then to give people somewhere else to go, they aren't really competeing with NOPI, b/c nopi pulls more imports and Godfathers pulls more trucks.

I don't think it is about trying to beat them in any way.

I mean like do they charge admission? Sorry I've never been to one of their shows. The biggest thing that I hated about the Nopi Nats was that hefty hit in the pocket.

Re: Where the GA minis

The Godfather show is $20 to register, they give club discounts, the admission is usually between $5-$10 dollars. The shows are in good locations so u don't have to worry about to much traffic and there show and the Nopi show are far enough apart that they won't interfear traffic wise.

Alot of people are talking about going to the Godfather show and just meeting up with there friends that are going to the Nopi show at the after parties.

Godfathers is having their after party at the club where they are holding the show.

Re: Where the GA minis

One word of advice if you've never been to the fireworks show at stone mountain; Get there early and leave either early, or very late. The traffic is unbearable.

Hell, alot of people go to Lawrenceville (the center of town) and park in any parking lot and you can see a wonderful display. Or you can park outside of Stone mountain and see everything just fine. *shrug* just my experiences.
