Snow?
Well, associating snow and south east would probably make oneself look dumb, but here it goes. What's the closest place to go snowboarding in this area of the country? I'm thinking virginia is the closest
 Or should I just go to maine

You can up in Helen GA I believe. I'm pretty sure its fake snow most of the time though.

your in South GA, beggers can be choosers
and there is usually good powder in mountians around Gatlinburg TN also If you find a good place let me know I have my dying to go sledding for years |

Gatlinburg is CRAAAAAAAPPPY for snowboarding from what I hear. I dont snowboard but from what I've heard Snowshoe is pretty good http://www.snowshoemtn.com/index.htm
