hopshock is almost literally what it is, anti wheelhop shock absorber....kinda runs parallel to the frame from the axle to a mount on the frame..i like it...i about destroyed my friends old tires...still have rubber all in the wheelwells

My guess is, people were posting useless things. I am guilty of it. I would do a "+1" every now and then. I think the thing that really got them though was when you would post a sentence with 1 word in every post. The posts of the rods on the last page I think was okay, although in the eyes of a mod might be considered postwhoring. On my other forum

we have a rule that if you post 3 times, you must wait till someone posts before you can comment again. You can always edit posts to put more info in or correct yourself. That really makes it unnecessary to have more than maybe 2 posts in a row.

Thats my guess, I'm not a mod or anything but a non-donating (at the moment) peon. I'm probably completely wrong. Havaguday.

That sir wold be my fault. I started the thread that got closed and ASSUMED( you know what that means) that by calling it what it was " a whoring thread" that it would be allowed, to a point, to keep us from whoring up the other threads that we are active in, with the meets and all. Actually I am surprised that it lasted as long as it did...So, I guess a thanks is in order for latting it last...although putting it to an end was sad...

He had a 95 Vortec TBI V-6 with K&N intake and a 2.5" Flovmaster 40 dumps, I believe that he jumped the timing chain and sent te valves crashing. Its a shame really, it only had about 130k on it.

Yea, a couple of months prior to Robs engine blowing he dynoed with a mere 130rwhp, but a fine 210ft/lbs. And thats with a 130K severly beaten on TBI 4.3. Admit it Rob you beat the Hell out of that thing.

do these "Hopshocks" really work? I have the W O R S T wheel hop ever. Damn thing hops in third gear. Nothing seems to be able to stop it. I am interested in this thing of wonder that you call hopshock, if you have one for sale let me know about it, send me pics and I may buy it.

Yea, I'd like to see Pics of the hopshock. I think I really really need one. I've found ways around the hop, but it involves quite a bit of slip on the clutch. And I dont like that. Before I broke the U-bolts on my traction bars I was able to burn pretty hard through third, and I miss doing that.

Yea, I'd like to see Pics of the hopshock. I think I really really need one. I've found ways around the hop, but it involves quite a bit of slip on the clutch. And I dont like that. Before I broke the U-bolts on my traction bars I was able to burn pretty hard through third, and I miss doing that.

I swear to god befor the day is over I'm going to choke a motherfcker out Today SUCKS. I got a ticket on the way to work, which made me 3 min late, so my boss bitches, I look in my commission box to do some needed paperwork a my fcking commision papers are FCKING gone! Some stupid ass thought it would be funny to take them, no one will admit to it and by boss doesn't seem to give a sht. FCK. There goes about $400, godamnit. Now my boss is bitching at me to do like 2 other peoples jobs while doing mine. I swear I'm gonna flip my SHT here in a min. FFFF***CCCCKKKKKKKK
