the decals were $5 back when he first did them... i think Pat is putting together a members area where you pay dues and get a sticker, shirt and some other stuff.

there was a guy on here interested but we can't just hand someone a chapter. maybe if there was a group of guys that were really interested in making a chapter and were willing to prospect for a year and join in on some ct and ri meetings...
