it does matter cuz the thing where the door switches go into in molded in on the manual door ones i belive. so it wouldnt really work, thanks though

I want charcoal cuz these extra ones are the ones i will be putting into my truck, my current ones have holes cut in them for monitors and i absolutly hate that I did that in the first place. so i want to replace my current ones with stock ones, then fiberglass my existing ones and glass over the existing monitor hole. although if someone local had them for a good price i guess i could get a different color one and just role around with what i have now, althouh then then upholestry might be wierd colored and i dont think i was gonna redo the upholestry on them....so ya i prefer charcoal. wow that was confusing lol

Re: maryland

believe me the situation is far from ideal. i told him when i first brought him the bed in OCTOBER that it has to be done no matter what for my show that was a couple weeks ago now. and he still havent finished the body work which also means i havent had it line-Xed and it also hasnt been painted. I understand custom takes time but i think 4 months is a wee bit overkill. and he is probably reading this or going to read it at some point and hate me even more and put the bed off even more because I am typing this...

personally if i were him id get it done so i could accept payment, i mean i like money in my hand...not sure why he doesnt want my money for completing it yet

Re: maryland

i think i have been very nice through all this waiting and being dissapointed with it not being when i told him that it had to be done no matter what. some people would flip a shit. i mean, isht that what a deadline is for? the time is absolutly positively has to be done by? oh well...its done when its done. i just dont drive my truck until then, hopefully he gets it done soon.

I think ART is going to take care of it for me. I don't like the floaty feel of regular air bags, and there is too much body roll when cornering on them.

I reallt don't think I am going to keep it. I really want to start autocrossing/ time attack and, i want my car. There is no need for 2 vehicles to sit in the driveway, so i am going to opt for the greater.

I will probably let it go for best offer. hopefully around 8000-9000

Re: maryland

Damn Adam. Sounds like me and you may have our trucks done about the same time, lol. Since I missed MT, I am taking on a few more mods... suicide the pass door, mold in the rollpan, and mould the wiper cowl into 1 smooth piece. After all that is done, it's time for paint (PS, the truck is sanded and ready if I wasn't taking on the extra mods).

Re: maryland

i dont even know what the status is of whats done and whats not done right now cuz he refuses to answer my calls and texts
it originally went in for:
1. shave gas door
2. shave bed wall that butts up against the cab
3. sheetmetal the entire underside of the bed
4. modify one of the crossmembers to clear the 5 link crossmember a little more
5. modify one of the crossmembers to give more gas tank clearance
