both upper and lower hinges...the pin holes are way too egged to fix them...plus i got replacement ones direct so i figure why not...im sure i could do them but i would feel better if i could find someone who has done these to be able to lend a helping hand...if so i may even do a step by step write up on how to do them for future reference...

How did you make out? You should be able to fixt he problem with new springs, pins, and bushings. The bushings should take up any slop in the holes. Changing out the hinges themselves wouldnt be fun as they are welded from the factory.

got it done...beleive it or not only the upper hinge had to be done the lower was fine..once that was done and a little striker adjustment all is good, feels like a brand new door, must have caught it just in time

Re: Door Hinges South of Boston

i remember when the ones in the blazer were bad... cost me like $250 for both the drivers and pass side door to be welded up and the doors re hung. They also ground down the welds and repainted the areas so they looked like factory... they are gonna be doing them on the s10 come spring time.
