Puttin this out there, a guy i work with has a 1990 S15.....he needs a new motor, mainly just the short block....but complete motor or not doesn't matter. He said its the 2.5L....anyone got a hook on one?

I would be down for a meet some where... I am heading to Psycho Kustoms on sunday for petes cookout and to return the bed i got. the month of may im out... 3 weddings and 2 family functions... friggin a. My truck will be rolling out of the garage this weekend... a few laps around the neighborhood and then into a portable garage to sit till i have the money to finish it up to get it legal and everything...i would keep it in my garage but my dads bike comes back this weekend so its gotta move. Radar.. backwoods is like an hour from me so its not that far from you. Im planning on hitting the following shows this summer.

Backwoods Bash
Magnetic Mini Bash
Summer Nationals
& Maybe more but i doubt it... friggin school and work fulltime are gonna have me by the balls this summer.

Radar... if i were to get a new bed... how much do u think it would run me to have it sprayed onyx black.. i will prob have a gate to shave and a roll pan molded in, and a set of ss mirrors as well... I would drop the bed off and all the parts for you and then prob drive my truck up to throw it on... and this will not be for a lil while... im broke and i still need to find a clean bed.

i got a bunch of parts & 2 cars for sale
also a bunch of house stuff like tvs dvd players dvds stereo & speakers for sale i get alot of noshows from craigslist
ive been landscraping for money
gotta pay the bills 1st then play

Radar... a new bed is far down the road... its one of those projects that ill drop off and you call me when your all done, no timeframe... my current bed is trashed but its useable... Oh btw i was going through my tool box and found the lil plastic caps for the lugs for the zq8s... pm me ur addy and ill see about gettin them up to you or if u are comin down to the PK BBQ i can give them to you then.

Im friggin pumped cause tom. morn im gonna try starting my s10 for the first time since i rolled it into my garage back in july... so psyched!

ill shoot you my address those caps are important now because i got the wrong ones before from a dealership. the bed is no biggy during the summer i dont touch my truck so thats the best time for me to do it. im hoping by the end of the month i have enough time to get my truck going all i really need to do is get the windshield done and finish painting my dash a new carpet can wait till i have more money then its just registration and inspection!

good luck a 6.5 will work but the grills that are mounted to the door have to be snapped off because thats the only way to do it! the 6.5 barely mounts up to where the stock hole is thank chevy for that one!

will somebody find me some free 20's i need some rims but i have to much other shit to buy before i pick up rims! theres my deal ill do andy's truck and do the bed with the roll pan and shave the gate you guys can go steal some nice 20's from someone in fitchburg and bring them up here!!!!!!

Radar heres pics of the current bed i have... its in real bad shape.. Driverside - about 5-6 softball size dents and the bottom rear corner is shot. Pass Side - Huge old dent that was repaired with about 3/8 - 1/2" of bondo that was hit again and is real screwed... and the bottom corner is bad also... im gonna assume the driverside has the ability to be fixed but the pass is in real real bad shape.

Ill work on gettin those caps out to you this week... I take it your not going to the Psycho Kustoms BBQ on the 27th?

yeah that bed is shot! toad wouldnt even touch that!!!! the only good thing on it may be the floor! No im not goin to the BBQ wish i could but i am crazy busy and my truck is really pissin me off! never buy the billet wire looms or poppers for doors they suck balls the poppers are way to small and the wire loom doesnt slide like it should! ****in wasted 8 hours of my day only to get pissed at my truck! then i got really pissed and decided to scrap my hood so i gotta find a new noma hood!

Spray the hood black and give it to me... lol you can get an aftermarket noma hood for like $56.00 or something from a place in randolph. The funny this is i have a bed with half decent bedsides but the floor is toast... together i could have a halfway decent bed...
