Re: Anyone from L.I.

i have a question 4 u guys n don't feel like openin a new thread..i've been in search for a import for the last 6 months..plan was to get a 2dr wrx to get back to racing..then i got w/ my girl and she made me want a bubble (yea shes into cars too lol) but after seen the dimes on sat..made me want to get another truck..so been thinkin of gettin a 2dr blazer and baggin it and going crazy w/ the system.
It'll keep me off the street 4m racing and i'd still have something to play w/..ex. drag it on 495! lol..and get pulled over haha

so what do you guys think? civic or blazer? might be kinda stupid askin it on a blazer/dime forum but..

About the rice burners..yea most are all noise and no go..but some are pretty fast..theres a guy out here (LI) driving a bubble pushin 335whp..boosted not bad for a 4 banger..but i've always had truck so idk

there's the problem. i get these cars from down south, north & south carolina, atlanta georgia. i pay to get them transported up here to new york. the most i've paid for transport from atlanta, ga was $500 to me it was not bad. if i where to go it'll almost cost the same.

Re: Anyone from L.I.

well one reason i mess with trucks is to not end up dead on the news for racing lmao...dont get me wrong tho i love racing 1/4 and street and i know tons of cats that are into it....240's, 300zx, civics and ac's...theres a shop by me that specializes in RX7 tuning. I'd say go with the blazer...still tons of fun, a head turner if done right and you can still lurk on b20vtec forums just for the hell of it!
