Where do I find Headers for a manual?

I have looked on summit racing 500 times and nearly all of there headers say use with a 350 trans and a whatever tooth flexplate. Why won't these headers work with say.....a four speed saginaw? I don't want to have to beat a dent into them to get them to work. Any 1-5/8 ceramic coated headers out there that will work. This is a street truck so fenderwell headers are out of the question. Thanks for any info

I'm gonna guess its a v8 truck if summit is telling him he has to use a th350. We just need to know the year.
