trying to decide exhaust options

i have a 99 s10 2.2l single cab and desperately need a exhaust to pass inspection in DE. i looked on the ebay and the have a

now i need to pass inspection with the exhaust i get but i dont want a quiet truck. so im just asking for advice on what to do or any other options u guys have would be appreciated.
