Quick Rear Axle Dump Quesiton
I didn't jack up my truck I just looked quickly under, and I noticed that the fuel tank is pretty much right against the right rear axle. If my cat is on the left side, is it going to be possible for the y-pipe to carry the pipe behind the fuel tank so I can have a the exhaust coming out both sides before the rear axle?
Also if anyone could offer me a picture of the underneath of an S10 preferably a 2002 4.3L LS. But I think any should do. |

Re: Quick Rear Axle Dump Quesiton
if you want to do side exit on both sides, you are right you'll need to run it below the tank. you can use a heat sheild, but it shouldnt be a problem.
keep in mind tho, running that pipe on both sides hanging below the frame may be toughon speed bumps, potholes, ect |
