Sounded like sh*t for the first 2 months but then mellowed out.

I wanted to go beyond 3k but it gets extremely loud and the camera doesnt pick it up that well.

thanks man, its stil not completely tuned yet so hopefully it will be a tad more loppy, and if not, the true dual swill open it up big time, lol. As for LT's vs. shortys...i am not sure, i wish i went with long tubes. But needless to say, theres a decent amount of ppl on here with shortys and theirs still sound really nice.

well my truck with the exhaust ihave is ok, its not too loud but not quiet. But i have alot of engine noise in my cab, annoys the hell out of me, if i reduce that, truck will sound better. And i dunno bout u, but my intake sounds nasty as hell, better than my exhaust.

this is my old exhaust on my 95 s10. i was runnin 2 1/4" pipng from the cat into a cherry bomb then 2 1/4" pipes into a 3 1/2" slash cut tip exitin right before the passenger rear tire.
