need opinion

hey so I need to install a new exhaust system on my truck.

right now its a p.o.s. the previous owner cut the exhaust just before the cat...wtf...anyways and it has a single pipe leadin back from where the muffler was.....

and im not a high roller here so uh keep it kinda cheap well....what you can haha

so he cut the exhaust before the cat and it has a single pipe leading back from where the muffler was? Is there any exhaust between the cat and the muffler? If there is just buy a cat and a cheapo muffler you'll be under $100 and good to go.

Otherwise take it to your local muffler shop and theyll help you out.

nah i get what your saying.....i think if the pipe is long enough im going to try and weld the two sides together.

that should get me from the the headers to the cat.

I would just weld a new muffler on but i have an o2 sensor behind my cat so basically I have to re-weld it.
