my exhaust

This is random. I bought a Cherry Bomb cat back for my truck. I got it today and i was bored at work so i decided to paint the muffler. It was grey , but i decided since its a cherry bomb it should be red. I bought some high heat red spray paint and sprayed it.

i know it looks orange, but it was taken from my cell phone.

Heres my tips. I tried to get the old catback off today. F that, i dont have a rack and after 3 hours i gave up. im gonna take it to the local shop and have them do it.

i got my exhaust in. it sounds real good up until about 3000rpm. then it sounds ricey. oh well. its good except those dumba55e5 put the passenger side pipe too far up and the tip wont go on. i gotta get that fixed. i'll post pics tomorrow.

heres my passenger side pipe. i'll try to get a better view from the back tomorrow. Can anyone give me any suggestions to lower this pipe so i can fit the tips?

i think the tips need to be pushed in a little more. it kinda reminds me of how the mustangs are set up, how you can see the side of the tip.

Yeah i know. We were putting them on yesterday and it started to rain. so i got the pics and went inside. i'll get a sound clip today or tomorrow.

All right lets see if i can get this vid to come up. as a heads up you cant hear the exhaust from the cab and i didnt get on it real hard cuz i live in a condo surrounded by older people.
