Can exaust leak cause vibrations?

Like the title says I am getting alot of vibration at certain RPMs. Could an exaust manifold leak cause this? Thanks.

Re: Can exaust leak cause vibrations?

ok answer these questions:

Do you feel it in your hands (steering wheel) or your ass? (feels like behind you)

Does it go away when you shift into neutral(manual tranny)/let off the gas (with an auto tranny)?

Does it do it while your in park/stopped and rev the engine?

it can make a loud buzzing noise but i doubt a vibration.

I get the same noise. At 3500 RPMs whether driving or parked I get this loud ass buzzing sound that goes away once I hit 4k on the tach. Keeps me from getting on it for sure cause it's kind of embarrassing.

I got auto tranny but mine does the same thing. In park or drive around 2500-3500 RPMs its like the whole truck starts vibrating or buzzing all over.

It goes "Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" like the sound frequency at that RPM range vibrated the manifold heat shield or some shit. Whole truck doesn't shake or nothing, just this God-awful sound like it turned rice all of a sudden then realizes it's American.
