Body dropped
K so i have a question for those who are body dropped I have and 00 s10 with the 4.3
It has no muffler right now and its annoying as hell. So i was wondering what kind's of muffler's everyone else was running ? I want one that is not extremly loud and doesn't sound bad Any info would help. Thanx |

i have a dynomax super turbo i just installed. its a very small muffler, less than 3" tall i'd say. i have it on a 2.2L s10, but i think it would sound great and work well in your application. here are some pics. it was 45$ shipped from summitracing.com cant beat the price!
it's very small.  i unbolted the pipe from the cat, and welded it on, then did a turn down for the outlet. as you can see, pretty low profile set up. none of it hangs below the frame at all with a lot of room to spare, i think it would work with a bodied truck well.  the muffler is less than 3" tall and that would be the thickest part of your system |
