96 4.3 headers

hey ive got a 96 s10 that i would like to put full length headers on. trouble is i cant seem to find any that are made specifically for my truck. im on a budget too which doesnt help matters much. ive been thinking about getting a set of hedman headers for a first gen or something similar but wasnt sure if that would work. my main concern with any header that wasnt made specifically for my truck is the stearing column, it runs so close to stock manifolds already i dont know what i can and cant make fit. anyone who knows of a header i can use, or has any advice for me i would really apreciate, ive looked through the forum and havent been able to find much of anything that answers my question. thanks a lot

other mambers have had greeat luck with headman and hooker long tube headers on sencond gen s-10's. just do a bit of searching. the major prob it the upper a-arm on the drivers side. it sometimes has to be ground down a little for clerance.
