Re: Shows In South Carolina

wow that sucks! we have quite a few shows in Michigan, their not the biggest or anything besides Draggin Detroit & Custom Rides For Saving Lives but their still fun..

I run a show in Michigan this summer was the 1st year show for it and we had about 130 cars show up so maybe I'll get with some people down their and make up a show..I'll be looking to join a club and all that too

but I'm going to Coastal Carolina University in Conway

Re: Shows In South Carolina

i think CCU puts on a local show, if i recall...and theres run to the sun, which is geared towards classics and hotrods, although there were a good bit of rat rods out there this past year, its probably 20-25 minutes from the campus there, but other than that, you'll be looking to drive 3+ hours to some of the bigger shows here in NC..or where those other 2 are moving to, whereever in GA...

we have an annual forum meet, and it's probably a little under a 2 hour drive for you, and we have it every march, the next one will be the 4th year for it. i kinda put it on, arrange for the location and all, since its in my town...but i'm guessing you'll be in your 2nd semester, when we have the 5th annual, and i'm hoping to have a few things up my sleeve for it, so maybe you can make it out to that.

Re: Shows In South Carolina

yeah CCU had a car show in April I remember when we went down for spring break

that Hot Rod & Classic show sounds cool..I'm a huge fan of Rat Rods actually looking to buy one right now so I'll have to hit that one up but hopefully in the future we can get more shows in SC

and that forum meet sounds fun, I'd defiantly make it out to that..I dont know anyone in SC so defiantly looking to meet new people especially in the show scene

then again, i'm inland, so the beach is a bit warmer...but not all that much different.

yeah there is not to many shows here...

the drop jaw show is in feb
the pee dee street rodders come in march usually around at patricks day
there is an all corvette show usually in april its a local show
then funkmaster flex has had a show here in june for the past few years (mostly big wheels and too many tvs) but there are a few good cars
and there is a few local shows that pop up here every now and then...

shit when you get down lmk we will get up and get a beer or 10... i live like 10 minutes from the campus toward the beach...
