Yes thats right, just got the call from the owners of Meremac Caverns and she can't wait for us to all show up fathers day weekend (june 13, 14, & 15)

There will be no need for preregistration. The Hotel, and rafts/canoes are the only things you need to call ahead for and reserve. You can take the chance of not reserving a canoe/raft until you get there, but i would not recommend it.

The campsite itself will be taking care of all the money. it is about $15 a campsite for family of 4 and $2 each additional person a night. So it will be alot cheaper than the previous years of $60 a person and $40 for passenger. The park rangers will head around sat night and collect the money, They keep track of it per vehicle. They are very well orginized. That way you are only paying for the days you are actually camping.

The only money staff will be handling is the entry fee for the car show, and of course raffle tickets which will be on sale all weekend.

Saturday will be the main day for the event. float trip in the morning/afternoon, then the car show/shine will run all night. The caverns have already reserved the covered pavalion for us, and can't wait to promote us being part of there 75th anniversary. They will also be giving us a group rate to take the cavern tour.

Hopefully this event makes a majority of the people happy. i know there will still be the occational group that might not want to be involved. Which is sorry to hear because of the "family" event we have had the past years. The website with all the information for tshirts, and the campground number will be set up along with a list of events.

We need everyones help in promoting this event, As everyone stated this is not just a st louis event. its the whole s-series nation. We will gladly send what ever flyers to groups around the nation and can't wait to see the turn out we have

This sounds like a a whole lot better setup and idea. It's cheaper and a great location. Congrats on getting this set up.

no problem, just glad to make the s-series community happy, i will be the first to say i got carried away wanting to make this show bigger and better. Hopefully get things back to basics will draw a lot more s-series since this will probably be the cheapest car show you go to, along with a float trip.

Crap. I came down a year to early. I did have a good time last year but not sure I can make that trip again by myself. Sounds like it should be a good time. I was going to visit the caverns but it stormed so bad that day I left St. Louis and went to Kansas. Good luck with next years event.

Just a quick check in, talked to the campgrounds this past weekend, and going to be meeting up with them next weekend. And talk about price, and where about in the campground we will be staying. Once that is narrowed down I will release all the information to call up and reserve a campground, and if you plan on floating, reserve a canoe, or raft (you can bring your own rafts/inter tubes if you wish to float that way also.

Talked to Dr Nate over the holidays, and leaving the t-shirt/logo design up to him and Darren with Victory Graphics. So when they hash out there idea's we will be posting up the nats flyer for all to download, print off, and distribute at all the car shows.

Remember this year is about every club joining in to make this a great event. So hopefully all the s-series clubs will take time to make this event great. If anyone who runs the groups wants to contact me my number is below

The pricing is below, which is right off there website. So this nats will be allot cheaper. The park rangers are in charge of collecting the money each night, so you pay per day

The only money that will be coming to the actual Nats fund will be registration for the car show $10 (which judging will be taking place all weekend, so if you show up Friday morning you can have you truck judged that day and have the rest of the weekend to relax) and sponsors which will cover misc expenses and preparation costs.

The judging will be drive threw format, so there will be a tent, and you will have till 8pm sat night to drive your truck to this tent register and be judged.

Judging lanes shut down at 7pm so make sure you are in line early enough

No food or drinks will be supplied this year. It’s all BYO....

T-shirts will be bought directly from Dr. Nate. And Misc Victory Graphics collectibles will be sold directly threw Darren

last year we had just over s-series at the show, and about 275 that stayed at the campground......

as long as i got my front suspention back on i will be there in my bagged 94 if not i will be there in my dropped 86. might be bringing a few other guys wth me local but aint sure.

ita a camping / float trip / car show......so its what ever you want (within states law)

sunday there will be a cruise from the campground to a local restaurant for a good bye dinner........other than that just a weekend of parting

I'ld love to cause it was a nice ride down and a good time and this year sounds like it should be fun having it at the caverns but I need to keep peace with the wife so I'll take her to a few shows around B.C. and Alberta. Maybe do Sittin Pretti in Oregon. It was a blast getting to see a whole new batch of trucks and people though.

wow real showers this year? it was nice having showers last year, but it sucks that it was freezing balls water and u had a clear curtain on ur little 1.5ft square shower booth lol with 4 other showers in the same half of the trailer

yea last year we were limited to what we could rent. Everyone need money upfront and that was all we could afford. That is why this year and if all goes well all following years will be based about a float trip style format. where the campground provides everything. Plus if the groups that come plan well it will be cheaper than past nats.

It is only going to only be s-series. Everyone asked for it, so you got it. We took a lot of things into consideration. So we are getting away from trying to make it all about the car show. And more about the gathering of enthusiasts
