Re: Heritage 2k8

I'm definitely going. I'm sure there will be one or two from P-ville

only shitty thing is I think my fuel pump is going out... definitely gonna try and change it before this show, it just sounds too frigginawesome to miss! And it wouldn't be no fun to ride with somebody.

So here's a pic of my current truck, thinking about taking that diamond-plate $hit off the bed, its getting new paint soon anyway... I hope

some of those stickers will probably have to go too, idk

So this show is less than 2 weeks away, I know more than 4 people on here are going. This show is defiantly worth the trip.

I am not really sure about the classes, I didn't really pay to much attention last year as far as classes but I believe their is 82-93 s10 mild/wild/radical and 94 up mild/wild/radical as far as s10 goes. Maybe more maybe less???

Re: Heritage 2k8

Thanks for all the kind words, guys. (I put on Heritage).

The classes are flexible, i.e. we can literally change classes the night before awards to try and accommodate as many show entries as we can.

That being said, the NORMAL S10 classes are as follows:

82+ Street

82-93 Mild
82-93 Wild

94-97 Mild
94-97 Wild

98+ Mild
98+ Wild

82+ Radical

Severely lifted S10s are put into the lifted/4x4 categories, respectively.

Again, thanks for the kind words. If there is anything I can do for anyone to make their trip or experience at Heritage better, please let me know.

And oh. One thing. CRUISE! This is not a get drunk at the hotel show, LOL. It's a get out, cruise, ride around with a bed full of people, drag past the courthouse, wave at cops, don't go in till daylight if we can help it show. =)

I'm making the trip out this year. I have some family down in Big Stone Gap that I'm going to be visiting Thursday, and I'll be at the show Friday through Sunday. This'll be my first year attending and I'm really looking forward to it.

I'll be on the lookout. I'm just driving my beater truck out since my car is nowhere near being back together- so if you see a really clean tan '92 blazer that's lowered on black ralley wheels, stop by and and say hello. That goes for anyone on here.

See you fellas on Friday!

Re: Heritage 2k8

Those are some sweet pics pat, I missed the actual show, but I got a few from later in the night. There were a few vehicles I'd loved to have gotten pics of but I never caught up with them. It was definitely a great time, and worth all the work trying to get my truck drivable right before the show. I even got pulled over during the drag, the cop said I was going a little too fast.

The old silver chevy is what I rode down there in, it's my uncle's. I couldn't get all the wiring figured out for my truck to make it.

That truck was awesome, def. one of my favorites there. I had a great time at the show even tho my truck messed up a little friday night, which btw I would like to thank Manson again for all the help and tools.
