My dad has a ridgeline and his winshield has scrathes all over it anything I can do to make it better besides repaceing it.

If you can find a good glass shop, they should have a tub of cerium oxide. CR Laurance makes it but you have to get it from a dealer.

The problem with trying to remove scratches,is that you end up with distortions in the areas you polish.
And there are not many glass shops that will want to go through the trouble of this.Its alot of work and really makes a mess.
If there very faint,they might try for you,but don't get your hopes up.
If you can feel them with your fingernail,there to deep.
You can wax your windshield,it will help minimize the appearance.
