where/ how to restore factory rims?

hi everybody i'm new to the site. first off i just wanted to say i own a 1991 s10 blazer. My dad was going to sell it but i didn't want him selling my past. so he gave it to me and i did a little restoration job with it. My goal with this truck is to make it like its coming off the lot, just how i remembered. sooooo lets get to why im posting this thread. I cleaned the rims with brillo pads and it came out alot better then before. but i'm just not happy. up close there are so many scratches from the abuse over the years. I think i've heard of people who restore rims. i just wanted to get some ideas. hope to get some feed back thanks!
