Re: Whatll get rid of this shit

Can you "catch" it with your fingernail- is it "in" the wheel or "on" the wheel?

Re: Whatll get rid of this shit

steel wool will do the trick on that... go to autozone and get a bag of it and just use soap n water with the steel wool..and it wont scratch it

i think i tried and it didnt seem to come off with my nails..then again i lack any kind of nail witht he ability to scratch with...i used one of those foam sponges with the fishnet type thing for bugs and thats all that remained after scrubbing a few times and soaking it with the soapy water

Re: Whatll get rid of this shit

Let me rephrase it...,
Is the defects convex or concave?

That will give me a better idea of what we are looking at.

In the meantime, try kerosene in a spray bottle with an old microfiber towel or some of the cheap Wal-Mart microfiber towels..., you do not want to use a quality towel on that mess as most likely it will ruin the towel once it gets embedded.

Hope this helps...
