Re: what polish

The stuff Mothers makes for use with the power ball. then i use a wheel wax made by American Racing, which works really good in keeping the wheels cleaner longer.

Mothers Chrome Polish, but the new bottle I just got is different than it was before, maybe I got a bad batch. But if this is a change they made, it sucks now.

That Never Dull stuff is good, but you gotta be very careful using it, it can scratch.

or Mothers Power Metal with the Powerball

ive also found that Ardex Metal Mania is good stuff too

Mothers Billet Polish on the left, Ardex Metal Mania on the right side wheel lip

Power Metal worked just as good as the Ardex brand. But now i have chrome wheels, Im going to try that wheel wax first since my wheels are perfect and havent even been washed yet, just sprayed with quick detailer. I havent had to even wash the truck in almost a year

From those pics, neither looks good.
too hazy. cloudy, like they were never even polished.

Here's some rims that sat outside for a few years, polished with Mothers billet Polish
and a $4 swapmeet polishing bit. You can see the differences:
