Waxed a flat hood?
My buddy just bought a Jimmy that's having paint problems at the moment. He doesn't want to repaint it right now (no money) so we figured we'd make the best of it. We gave it a good washing, probably it's first since production... and we proceeded to wax the hood.
The hood isn't flat, just looked like it could've used a waxing. We put wax on an applicator pad, and waxed on. When we used a clean terry cloth to buff it out, the wax was still in the paint. My only idea to remedy the situation is to get a hold of a buffer? |

Do the clay bar before any buffing. You don't wanna be rubbing in any dirt the claybar could have picked up with the buffer do you?
