Water spots...

So the guy that owned my truck before me obviously didn't take good care of the paint and glass and now that I have the paint under control I don't know what to do about the glass. I tried some special glass cleaner and tried using white vinegar like someone suggested and that didn't work earlier. Any help would be great, thanks.
